FAQ

  • How often will we meet?

We will meet live over zoom twice a month for live training sessions with me as well as visits from celebrity guest experts. Between live sessions, we will be touching base for questions, help, and feedback using a platform called Slack. I'll walk you through how to use that and getting setup there as part of the welcome to the mastermind.

  • Why is it called a mastermind group and not an online class?

With an online class, you are given the information and then expected to implement that knowledge independently. With a mastermind group, you have my full attention and my hands on commitment to your real time goals. When I assign you the next step, you aren't going to have to wonder if you did it right, because I'm going to evaluate it and tell you right there. No more wondering if it is right or any guess work here! PLUS the huge benefit of a mastermind group that this is not just a road map of good advice that you then have to apply on your own. It’s a team of up to 8 professionals who work with you to build your platform (And you’re going to be helping them build theirs, too!)

  • Will I have access to the course materials after we finish the mastermind group?

All of the templates, guides, and downloads I am going to give you during this training program are yours to keep forever. And if you're like me, you will find them useful time and time again as you work in podcasting. As for the video versions of the live sessions and celebrity visits, you will have access to these throughout the entire year you are enrolled in the training program, but those will go back into our vault after the training is complete.

  • Are there any early bird discounts?

Because we are running an application process for this training, we had to set the application deadline the same for everyone, so there's not a discount for signing up early. However, there are two ways to get a discount on the mastermind training: 1. if you are a patron of our show already, you can participate in the mastermind group for $1900 (paid annually). That's like getting 4 months completely free! 2. You can get two months free by paying for the year upfront. Regular price is $240/month ($2880/year) and you can get the whole training for just $2400, that is 2 months free.

  • How can patrons get their discount?

There is a special coupon code posted on the Patreon page just for patrons that will make sure you get charged the discounted price of $1900 for the year. Apply that coupon at checkout for the discount, and message me if you have any issues. I'll make sure it gets applied for you.

  • Will I REALLY have a successful podcast at the end of this year?

Whether or not the podcast succeeds will be up to you, but I can promise you that if you do what I'm outlining in this training, you will have a successful podcast at the end of the year. How do I know? Well, this is the exact process I used to build That Shakespeare Life. We will start you out setting a strong foundation and building your first few episodes, we'll launch your show, then we'll grow your show, including some options for monetizing your show since, let's be honest, "successful" means that it needs to make money. I'll walk you through how to build not only your show, but your online presence, professional reputation, and of course, revenue. You aren't going to be an instant millionaire with this training, but you are going to have a professional podcast with an established network and functional revenue streams.
